Daily cleaning and maintenance of cake display cabinet

I. Daily cleaning specifications
Before cleaning the cake display cabinet, the power supply must be disconnected, and the glass surface temperature must return to room temperature before operation (to avoid temperature difference cracking). Use neutral detergent + soft cloth to wipe the glass door, cabinet surface and shelves. Corrosive chemicals such as laundry detergent and scouring powder are prohibited. The curved glass of the cake display cabinet needs to be cleaned with a special flexible cleaner. After wiping the mirror, the water stains must be thoroughly wiped off to prevent the coating from falling off. Deep cleaning at least once a month: After taking out the food, wipe the inner wall, air outlet and drainage hole with food-grade disinfectant (such as diluted alcohol) to prevent mold growth. Shelves need to be disassembled separately for cleaning, rinsed with running water and dried, and direct soaking is prohibited. Turn off the switch in time after using the defog function to reduce condensation water residue.

II. Maintenance points
Use a soft brush to remove dust from the surface of the compressor in the cake display cabinet to maintain heat dissipation efficiency (dust accumulation will increase energy consumption by more than 15%). Check the heat sink of the condenser every month for deformation and clean the gap with a vacuum cleaner. Do not put hot food directly into the cabinet (it needs to be cooled to room temperature) to avoid sudden temperature rise in the cabinet causing compressor overload. When the display cabinet is not used for a long time, turn off the power and thoroughly dry the inner tank. Leave a 3-5cm gap in the cabinet door for ventilation to prevent the generation of odor.
